Acceptable Use Policy

This draft policy sets baseline rules for what may not be sold, uploaded, or attempted through Harborline during pilot use.

Draft pilot policy language. This content is for external QA and pilot use and has not yet been reviewed by counsel.

Goods and content that are not allowed

  • Illegal, counterfeit, infringing, or stolen goods.
  • Content that violates another person's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Regulated or high-risk goods unless Harborline has explicitly approved the use case in writing.

Platform misuse that is not allowed

  • Unauthorized access attempts, credential sharing beyond intended workspace use, or privilege escalation.
  • Malicious uploads, code injection, phishing, malware, spam, or interference with platform operations.
  • Using Harborline in ways that could create security, legal, payment, shipping, or customer-harm risk.

Operational enforcement

Harborline may review, limit, suspend, or remove accounts, tenants, listings, or content that appear inconsistent with this policy or unsafe for external QA and pilot operation.

Pilot scope

Because Harborline is still in pilot, some use cases may require explicit approval before they are supported, especially if they involve regulated products, unusual fulfillment, or heightened legal risk.
