Content ownership expectations
Users and tenants must only upload images, product content, branding, copy, and related materials that they own or are authorized to use. Harborline may remove or restrict content that appears infringing or otherwise unsafe for pilot use.
Reporting alleged infringement
If you believe content available through Harborline infringes your copyright or other rights, contact Harborline with enough detail for us to identify the material, review the claim, and reach the reporting party if needed.
What to include
- Your name and contact information.
- A description of the copyrighted work or protected material.
- The specific Harborline page, listing, image, or content at issue.
- A short statement describing why you believe the use is unauthorized.
Pilot-stage DMCA process note
Harborline may complete a more formal DMCA agent registration and public process before broader launch. This draft pilot notice is meant to provide a clear reporting path in the meantime.
