Information we may collect
- Account data such as email, authentication identifiers, and workspace membership information.
- Tenant and storefront configuration such as branding, products, policies, and operational settings.
- Order and customer data such as contact details, shipping addresses, and fulfillment information.
- Integration metadata related to connected providers and tenant-owned service connections.
How we use information
Harborline uses this information to authenticate users, provide workspace access, process orders, support shipping and fulfillment workflows, maintain storefront context, and operate tenant-owned integrations.
Service providers
Harborline may rely on service providers including Supabase, Square, Shippo, Brevo, and Netlify to host, process, or support parts of the service.
Operational sharing
Information may be shared with relevant service providers or tenant operators when needed to process payments, purchase shipping labels, send transactional emails, or support pilot operations.
Pilot note
Harborline is still in pilot preparation, so data handling details may evolve before public launch. Material updates should be reflected in a more complete privacy notice later.
